Route Shipping Protection may be offered as an optional third-party service. Route claims are subject to Route’s terms, deadlines, exclusions, documentation requirements and final claim determination.
Customers who decline Route Shipping Protection will not receive Route coverage and may be limited to remedies available through the applicable carrier, Alkaloids policy and applicable law.
Section 13 – Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-product claims, incorrect-order claims, lost-package claims and order cancellations are governed by our Return, Shipping and Route Policies.
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, return requests must be submitted within three calendar days of confirmed delivery. Products generally must remain unopened, unused and in their original packaging.
Do not return merchandise without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. Bank or card-processing times may vary after a refund has been submitted.
